Terms of Use

By downloading or using EverMinute ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EverMinute for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

EverMinute offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale. We do not have access to your payment information.

Subscription features, where offered, are managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.

All data you create within EverMinute is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up your data. Deleting the app will permanently remove all locally stored data.

EverMinute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use EverMinute, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content, design, graphics, and code within EverMinute are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license described above.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
