EverMinute ("we", "our", or "the app") is a lifestyle and productivity app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use EverMinute.

EverMinute does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers or cloud services. Specifically:

• We do not require account creation or authentication.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not collect usage analytics or diagnostics.
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

All data you create within EverMinute is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, sync, or back up your data to any cloud service or remote server. Your data remains entirely on your device and under your control.

If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.

EverMinute offers in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. When you make a purchase:

• Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.
• RevenueCat may receive anonymized transaction data (such as a random subscriber ID and purchase receipt) to manage subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or other personally identifiable information from our app.

Other than RevenueCat for in-app purchase management and Apple for payment processing, EverMinute does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics platforms.

EverMinute does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the app does not collect data from any user, it is safe for use by individuals of all ages.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
